This framework ensures that our program does more than mentor; it transforms boys into men of purpose, resilience, and legacy.

Our mission is to empower Black youth and adolescents to overcome the many challenges related to youth violence, gang involvement, failing education, underemployment and social interaction. Empowerment is achieved through our transformative experience that includes mentorship, educational support, job readiness and social skill development.
