Four programs.
Skills for life.

Explore BE, BFIT, STEAM, and BWIT. Each connects mentorship with practical experiences that help Black youth discover their strengths and build confidence.

Learn to work
through conflict.

In all four programs, youth practice listening, communicating with respect, and handling disagreement without giving up their self-respect.

Emotional regulation means understanding your feelings and choosing how to respond. It is part of the shared foundation of all four programs, alongside mentorship and conflict resolution.
